These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LearnSphere, the online learning platform available at learnsphere.valrixtechnologies.com (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Valrix Technologies Private Limited ("Valrix", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in India, with its office at Indrapuram, Noida, India. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Please tell us immediately at contact@valrixtechnologies.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Courses and pricing
Course descriptions, instructors and prices are shown on the Platform. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may change prices or course offerings at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already paid for.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Nimbbl. By completing a payment, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed only after we receive a successful payment.
5. Your licence to use course content
When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access that course for your own learning. You may not share your account; resell, copy, record or redistribute course content; or display it publicly, without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, the LearnSphere name and logo, and the design and software of the Platform belong to Valrix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; interfere with its security or operation; use automated tools to scrape or copy its content; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
Courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as employment, certification or exam results. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform or a course is limited to the amount you paid for the course that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently. You may stop using the Platform and ask us to close your account at any time.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of our registered office in India.
13. Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint about the Platform or a purchase, please contact our Grievance Officer at contact@valrixtechnologies.com or +91 8287001500. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the Platform after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
